V16 - more flexiblity

V16 is lower profile and more flexibility. My goal here is to slowly re-introduce movement to my healed tendon and DIP joint.

V16 uses a silicon (vinyl) tube for PIP joint area.
Pieces of tube in wishbone to add some flexibility.

Old V15 removal. It was holding up just fine, but I really wanted to experiment with all the new silicon and vinyl tubing I've been ordering.
